1.3. Mogol Limited is established as a business to link up Accommodation Providers, Motorcyclists and the Motorcycle media.
1.4. The business is committed to growing the motorcycle touring sector and in so doing enhance the business prospects of accommodation providers with enhanced experiences for touring motorcyclists.
1.5. A user is defined as any individual, group or legal entity that interacts with any part of the MotoGoLoco website.
1.6. By interacting with the MotoGoLoco website you will be defined as a user of the website and therefore agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document relating to your activities on the website.

5. Mapping, Route Building and Geo-Data
5.1. MotoGoLoco makes use of third party mapping software.
5.2. As such MotoGoLoco will not take claim nor liability to the accuracy of this software, users may make use of the features at their own risk and due diligence.
5.3. Users accept that they can download and export the files created from the use of the export features at their own risk. MotoGoLoco accepts no liability in the event a users device or software is damaged or corrupted in any way in the process of attempting to upload such files to their devices.
5.4. Due to the numerous GPS devices on the market and the intricacies of data file upload, MotoGoLoco accepts no liability to the accuracy of the files uploaded to any personal devices. Users are advised to use due diligence when making the use of such data.
6. Uploading material to our site
6.1. Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload material to our site, or to make contact with other users of our site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.
