The Fox and Hounds has recently extended its hospitality by converting its stables into four impressive chalets. Offering bed and continental breakfast but remaining separate from the pub allows the occupier to choose their type of stay.
Welcome to The Fox And Hounds pub and restaurant nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Crawley. At The Fox and Hounds you can enjoy real ales, wines, cocktails and spirits in the bar, sumptuous food in our 50 seater restaurant or relax in the tranquility of our beer garden. Accommodation at the Fox and Hounds is in beautifully converted stables housing four impressive chalets, each tastefully decorated and remaining separate from the pub thus allowing a restful night’s sleep.
The pub has remained the real centre of Crawley village since the 19th century, rebuilt in 1910 in spectacular mock Tudor style maintaining its original charm and character. The Hampshire village around the Fox and Hounds is idyllic, featuring thatched cottages, a church and large duck pond, which is the only one we know with it’s own thatched hut.
The Fox and Hounds is now under new ownership, with a brand new menu for lunch and dinner. The pub is an ideal place for functions with the opportunity to stay over. And with us only being 15 minutes drive from the centre of historic Winchester, is the ideal venue to travel to and from when visiting this beautiful city.
The Fox and Hounds has recently extended its hospitality by converting its stables into four impressive chalets. Each has an en-suite bathroom, colour TV and fridge. Each chalet has been named after the species of ducks that visit the local pond. Mandarin, Philippine, Gadwall and Rosebill.
Offering bed and continental breakfast but remaining separate from the pub, the chalets allow guests to choose their own type of stay.
Price per room including complimentary juices, cereals and fresh baked croissant £65.00 per night.
Possibility to add an extra Bed: £10.00
Full English breakfast option available at a supplemental cost of £7.95 per person, served from 7.30am – 10am.
The Fox and Hounds finds itself conveniently located on the doorstep of two of the England's most scenic areas, the South Downs National Park and New Forest National Park. It really is a matter of deciding how long and how far - putting a smile on your face is guaranteed.
