MotoGoLoco Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering this competition you agree to abide by our standard terms and conditions, summarised below.

Basics

Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

MotoGoLoco is primarily a motorcycling community and resource. As such, unless otherwise agreed in advance and confirmed in writing, prize winners should arrive at their place of stay by motorcycle.

All prize winners must submit a short summary of their trip and a relevant photo, for example:

• How was your stay?
• Did you find any great biking roads during your trip? If so, please tell us about them.
• Where did you go to eat? What was the food like?
• Picture of you, your bike, the venue, all of the fore mentioned or picture en route.

We use your feedback for a number of purposes, but in the main:

• For accommodation providers to use as positive endorsements and/or publish on their MotoGoLoco listing page(s).
• WIN AGAIN – Not only does this fulfil the terms and conditions of this competition, the best reviews will be entered into an additional competition to win accommodation at one of our endorsed venues. “Yes you are right – technically you could just keep on winning”

Winners

The competition winner will be notified directly using the contact details/medium used at the time of entering our competition.

The winner must respond to their notification within one week (168 hours) from time of informing the winner, otherwise a new winner will be selected and contacted. Any cancellation through time will be final.

Once confirmed, the competition winner will be announced publicly on our Website, Facebook and Twitter pages.

Prize Voucher

The prize winner will be sent an electronic (PDF) voucher.

The details on the voucher will be required by the venue at the time of making a booking and the physical voucher will need to be presented on arrival either in a printed format or on an electronic device.

The Prize Voucher is non-transferable between venues or people.

Claiming Your Prize

Accommodation prizes are to be claimed subject to availability with each venue – it is YOUR responsibility to make contact, book and confirm your stay directly with the accommodation provider as indicated, in advance of travelling. The accommodation details and contact person details will be provided to you along with your accommodation prize voucher.

You will have 2 months from the date your prize voucher was issued to make contact with the accommodation provider stipulated and make arrangements for your reservation. The accommodation provider will be notified of your details and reserves the right to reject any claim of voucher if contact is not made within the 2 month contact period.

Entrants must be willing and able to make their own way to and from their chosen destination.

Any reservations made are subject to each establishments own cancellation policies.
