Set your Spam Filters

Adjusting Your Spam Filter

We all hate spam! Unsolicited, unwanted junk e-mail arriving in our mailboxes daily! They’re as frustrating as a badly placed manhole cover on the apex of a beautiful twisty. Consequently, most email clients/programmes provide us a way to fight spam and put filters in place to catch all the ‘trash’. It can be a double edged sword though. Unfortunately, if you have not set your spam filters to include wanted emails, such as newsletters, they will never arrive in your mailbox.

2 ways to make sure you get your mail from us

In most cases there are two changes make to avoid our correspondence landing in your spam folder:

1.    Add hi@motogoloco.com (or other) to your address book.
2.    Adjust your spam filters to allow email from hi@motogoloco.com (or other).

(NOTE: Often the different email clients will change the way their sites look and therefore where certain buttons are. In most cases you will find spam filters through your settings if you can find them.)
