The 24th Bottesford Easter Egg Run takes place on Sunday the 13th of April, 2014 setting off at 11am from the Red Lion pub at Bottesford (postcode for SatNavs: NG13 0DE) on the A52 between Nottingham and Grantham. Everyone then rides to the Mere’s Leisure Centre at Grantham before breaking off into smaller groups to deliver the eggs to homes across the local area.
The Red Lion will be open from 9am serving tea/coffee and hot cobs, with refreshments also provided at Grantham and Melton Mowbray.
As with the Toy Run, there will be NO POLICE ESCORT on this run, so all riders will have to obey the lights as they travel through Grantham.
All motorcyclists and scooter riders are very welcome, please just bring along an easter egg or two.
